Their care users are categorized by the following age groups and/or specialized Service user Bands:

Their business provide domiciliary care agency staff to their care users.Their home care provide care and support services for adults with epilepsy, stroke, cerebral palsy, visual impairment palliative care head and brain injury, multiple sclerosis.The overall service consist of Weekday Care, Weekend Care, Evening Care, Overnight Care, Specialist Care.
The overall objective of their marketing activity is to develop new relationships and to nurture existing relationships with stakeholders in other to generate new business(a new business is defined as contacts for new domiciliary care agency engagements.)
